WRITER is seeking a commercial counsel in Austin to partner with sales and procurement, drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements for enterprise customers. You’ll translate legal complexity into business clarity and help scale our go-to-market strategy with practical guidance.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound contracts, contribute to template and process improvements, and support the legal team with data-driven, efficient contracting across the company.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor and admitted to practice in the U.S.
• 3+ years negotiating commercial contracts, preferably SaaS or tech-industry clients
• Experience with large enterprise clients and regulated industries

• Review and negotiate inbound and outbound SaaS licensing and enterprise contracts.
• Develop and manage contract templates and negotiation playbooks with sales operations.
• Improve sales contracting processes and drive business efficiency.
