Tekion is seeking a Commercial Counsel to manage end-to-end commercial contracting, negotiating complex SaaS and MSAs from first draft to signature. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to accelerate deals while managing risk.

You will advise on a wide range of commercial matters, stay current with SaaS and AI regulations, and support a fast-growth organization with an emphasis on efficiency and scalable processes.

Formación

• 6-8 years’ experience providing legal support to sales organizations at a high growth fast paced SaaS company.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements at the enterprise level.
• Familiarity with contracting SaaS, AI, and Data Privacy agreements.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and related accounting standards.
• Ability to balance speed with legal risk in a fast-moving business.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting, review and negotiation of complex commercial agreements (SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, partnerships).
• Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams for quick turnarounds under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Professional Services, Sales Ops, Engineering on contract reviews.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on laws and trends affecting SaaS, AI, Data Privacy, and Automotive.
