Sierra is hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel to lead the commercial contracts function and broaden coverage to IP, regulatory, and AI product issues. You will structure, negotiate, and advise on SaaS agreements, licenses, services, and NDAs while helping build scalable processes and templates across the legal team.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of legal experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to partner with Sales, Operations, and Product teams in a high-growth setting.

• Structure, negotiate and advise on all commercial contracts (SaaS, tech licenses, services, channel, NDAs).
• Develop templates, playbooks and workflows to scale the contract function.
• Advise on IP, privacy, and regulatory issues related to AI products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
