Relativity Space is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to serve as strategic legal counsel supporting buy-side commercial transactions and disputes. You will structure and lead negotiations for technology development, manufacturing, commodities, and capex agreements, and build scalable contract management practices to support rapid growth.

Qualifikationen

JD from an accredited law school and US bar membership
5+ years post-JD experience (including 2+ years at a law firm)
Experience with commercial transactions: supplier, technology, equipment, manufacturing, or service agreements

Structure and negotiate high-stakes buy-side transactions and related disputes
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and documents
Provide strategic guidance translating legal complexity into business decisions
Develop and scale negotiation standards, playbooks, and risk mitigation strategies
