Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior contract/commercial manager to lead commercial and contractual aspects of complex opportunities across the Middle East and Africa region. This role focuses on drafting, redlining, negotiation, and deal structuring throughout the ITO process.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to secure compliant and profitable orders, perform risk assessments, and develop negotiation strategies. Fluency in English and French or Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 10 years of experience in contract/commercial management.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial risk allocation.
• Fluency in English and French or Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial risk assessment and develop negotiation strategies for customer proposals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, consortium, teaming, and subcontract agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to secure compliant and profitable orders.
