GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide end-to-end commercial support for the Sales team, leading proposal development and coordinating stakeholders across finance, engineering, and legal.

The role focuses on achieving robust technical solutions and favorable deal strategies for Control Solutions & Services offerings. The position requires managing tender processes, evaluating terms, and driving readiness for order booking while maintaining alignment with GE Vernova's

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent knowledge.
• 3+ years experience in Power Generation projects and/or tendering or relevant industry.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel, 10% to 15%.
• Experience with contract drafting – managing both commercial and legal terms within a customer agreement.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Develop the competitive wing-to-wing commercial proposal with Sales and partner to win.
• Lead the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) Commercial proposal generation for Core & Complex Control Projects.
• Review customer tender RFQ, terms and conditions, identify deviations and mitigation options.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Leader and SMEs to outline scope, cost, risk and pricing strategy.
• Oversee terms, risk assessment and mitigation; manage tender schedule and internal approvals.
