• Extensive 5+ years in commercial construction with general contractor experience, including tenant renovations and work in occupied spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site workflow aligned with project schedule and safety/quality standards.
• Lead site team and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely, safe execution.
• Maintain daily site logs, manage punch list and closeout with owner/architect.
• Formulate and monitor project schedule with project manager, ensuring proper sequence of installation.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders to support project success.
• Prepare clear, concise communication and maintain accurate site documentation.
