MCN Build in Washington, DC seeks a skilled Superintendent with 5+ years in commercial construction to manage client relations, team coordination, and safety on multiple projects. You will drive schedules, oversee subcontractors, and ensure adherence to plans and codes, while representing the firm on cost and schedule commitments.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial general construction experience.
• 30-hour OSHA certification.
• Excellent communication skills and be well respected by the subcontractor community.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret drawings, contracts/insurance documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project logistical plans and safety plans.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain project master schedules.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specs, and local codes.
• Collaborate with Project Manager as a complementary team member.
