The Loughlin-Davis Contracting Group, LLC. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects from ground-up to completion. You will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate with clients and PMs, and ensure projects stay on budget and schedule.

Ideal candidates bring PEMB project experience, superb communication, and proven safety leadership. On-site role with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate leadership and clear communication on site.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and cost control for PEMB projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
• Proven capability to manage multiple crews, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a ground-up commercial project team and schedule.
• Forecast resources and manage subcontractors to meet budget and timeline.
• Enforce site safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, and management to align scope and changes.
• Lead meetings with subcontractors and site personnel to review plans and safety.
• Maintain daily logs and adapt plans to meet deadlines.
