Job summary

JLL in Stamford, CT is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and quality goals.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and clients, provide leadership to project teams, build strong client relationships, and champion JLL's culture of collaboration and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• 7+ years of project management experience in the commercial real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
