Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large-scale commercial construction environment
• Ability to maintain solid relationships with others and take accountability for personal actions
• Strong leadership skills
• Competent technical skills for industry standard software platforms

Responsibilities

• Oversee every aspect of each project from planning to closure
• Manage production, scheduling, procurement, subcontractors and vendor payments to maximize profitability
• Provide project status reports, forecasts, and financial summaries to ownership and accounting
• Visit job sites to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency and resolve issues promptly
