Job summary

Engelke Construction Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for our Northeast Ohio operations. The role oversees construction projects from start to finish, providing leadership to project teams, managing budgets, schedules, and client communications for commercial and retail spaces.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years in commercial construction, strong cost and scheduling knowledge, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of commercial construction building experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.
• Familiar with various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.
• Very strong English oral and written communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent all company values and ethics.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for assistant project managers.
• Create and maintain front end client communication on assigned projects.
• Manage and participate in estimating efforts and bid solicitation.
• Prepare and submit formal proposals and coordinate bid reviews.
• Review subcontractor and material quotes and ensure profitability on each project.
