Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, remodeling, or related trades.
• Strong carpentry and framing skills with knowledge of metal studs and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution and quality control across multiple projects.
• Lead trades, maintain workmanship and safety standards.
• Interpret plans to determine material requirements and costs.
• Coordinate framing, trim, windows, doors, siding, and finishes.
• Provide oversight as a backup to Superintendents and address issues.
