You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a large-scale professional commercial construction environment.
• Strong accountability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites to supervise and occasionally self-perform construction trade activities.
• Direct field personnel, subcontractors and vendors to meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Maintain and update construction schedules, order materials and schedule inspections.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and enforce strict job site safety practices.
• Coordinate meetings, ensure subcontractors meet contractual and insurance requirements.
• Oversee punch list and closeout processes and drive project closeout to standards.
