Fulcrum Construction is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Long Beach, CA. The role oversees projects from bid to occupancy, coordinating with Superintendents, Project Administrators, and accounting to ensure on-budget delivery.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of experience as a PM for a general contractor; a construction management or engineering degree is preferred but not required. Salary is competitive with a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from bid through certificate of occupancy
• Prepare and review cost reports and forecasts
• Coordinate preconstruction budgeting and scheduling
• Interface with clients and internal teams to ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery
• Lead subcontract negotiation and buy-out of subcontracts
• Promote Fulcrum Construction to existing and new customers
