Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large-scale commercial construction environment.
• Ability to maintain solid relationships with others and take accountability for personal actions.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Competent technical skills for industry standard software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of projects.
• Manage production, change management, scheduling and procurement of all cost of goods.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure payments and performance.
