Job summary

Fiorilli Construction, a Cleveland-based commercial contractor, seeks a full-time Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead project teams from planning through closeout. The role emphasizes scheduling, budgeting, client relationships, and subcontractor coordination to deliver projects on time and within cost targets.

The right candidate will have 5+ years in large-scale commercial construction, superb leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale commercial construction
• Strong leadership and relationship skills
• Experience with EOS Worldwide principles preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, control and close of each project
• Manage production, change management, scheduling and procurement of all cost of goods
• Support and pay subcontractors and vendors in full
• Maintain scorecards for profitability, on-time delivery and client satisfaction
• Provide monthly billing projections and project status reports with ownership and accounting
• Summarize impacts on project financials, gross profit and client satisfaction quarterly/annually
• Visit job sites to ensure quality, efficiency and safety, and resolve problems promptly
• Coordinate daily with the superintendent and clients to keep stakeholders informed
• Close out projects after substantial completion and forecast warranty issues
