Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks a Senior Client Manager to independently serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients. You will drive client satisfaction and strategic planning, representing client needs to ensure quality across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty experience, an active state Property & Casualty license, and proficiency with EPIC and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience with agency management systems and carrier submissions is required.
• Strong Excel, Word, and MS Office skills with document handling.
• Ability to analyze risk, prepare submissions, and negotiate with carriers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, review, negotiate and finalize quotes.
• Obtain client information, analyze risk and apply technical knowledge.
• Create carrier submissions and submit on behalf of clients.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
