Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to independently serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients. You will aim for client satisfaction and strategic planning, representing client needs within the organization to ensure quality.

You will analyze risk, determine markets, prepare carrier submissions, and manage renewals and endorsements. A Property & Casualty license and strong MS Office skills are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• Strong Excel and Word skills, plus MS Office proficiency.
• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to develop strategies and consult on coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients.
• Analyze risk and apply technical knowledge to make recommendations.
• Prepare carrier submissions and coordinate strategy meetings.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
• Maintain accurate account details and policy information in EPIC.
• Communicate with clients and carriers with clear, professional correspondence.
