Job summary
Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Client Executive to lead strategic risk management for a portfolio of complex middle market, large commercial, and specialty accounts in Utah. You will develop trusted client relationships, deliver innovative risk solutions, and coordinate service teams to drive retention and growth.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive insurance experience, deep P&C and Life & Health expertise, and a strong network of carrier relationships to negotiate
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance and strategic risk management.
- Proven success managing large, multi-line accounts at executive level.
- Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines.
- Extensive carrier relationships and ability to negotiate unique coverage structures.
- Active P&C and Life & Health licenses; CPCU/CIC/CRM/CEBS/ARM preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile client engagements and strategic risk management programs.
- Develop long-term risk management plans aligned with client goals.
- Lead executive-level negotiations, due diligence, and governance reviews.
- Oversee multi-line programs to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Mentor junior Client Executives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
