Job summary

Trucordia is seeking a Client Executive to lead strategic risk management for complex middle market and large commercial accounts. You will build trusted relationships, coordinate service teams, and drive client retention and growth.

The role requires deep insurance brokerage experience, wholesale market knowledge, and a proven track record managing accounts generating substantial brokerage revenue. Leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance, client advisory, and strategic risk management.
• Demonstrated success managing large, multi-line, complex accounts at an executive level.
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, including niche markets.
• Extensive network of senior carrier relationships and ability to negotiate unique coverage structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead executive advisor to high-profile clients and large privately held firms.
• Develop long-term strategic risk management plans aligned to client goals.
• Lead executive-level discussions including board presentations and negotiations.
• Oversee multi-line programs to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Act as the final escalation point for major service or claims issues.
• Drive growth by cross-sell and upsell opportunities across lines.
• Ensure profitability and risk exposure are managed across the book.
