Job summary

Gallagher Bassett, a managed subsidiary of Gallagher, seeks an experienced claims professional to investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto and general liability claims. You will collaborate with clients to deliver solutions and enhance the claims management process, while prioritizing tasks to best serve our clients.

The role requires a high school diploma with at least 5 years of claims experience and appropriate licensing; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto and General Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
