Job summary

Cubic Corporation seeks an experienced Commercial Claims & Notices Manager to support large transportation infrastructure programs. The role combines hands-on claim development, evidence gathering, and sophisticated notices drafting within an established governance framework.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction, infrastructure, transportation, engineering, systems integration, or major-project commercial management.
• 5+ years of direct experience in claims, changes, delay, entitlement, or dispute management.
• Experience drafting complex notices and formal claims.
• Strong contractual entitlement and notice-analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential claims and notice events across engineering, design, systems integration, testing, commissioning, construction, operations, and owner-directed activities.
• Draft contractual notices, supplemental notices, reservation-of-rights correspondence, relief requests, and formal claims.
• Develop factual chronologies and investigate project events through documents and interviews.
• Manage a portfolio of claims and prioritize matters by value, entitlement, evidence, timing and recoverability.
• Provide leadership with reporting on claim value, maturity, risk, and next actions.
