Job Details: The Commercial Claims & Notices Manager will support a large, complex transportation infrastructure program. This role provides strategic hands-on support in identifying, developing, documenting and pursuing contractual entitlements, while ensuring that required notices are timely, accurate and consistent with the company’s contractual rights and commercial objectives. Cubic is seeking an experienced infrastructure or construction claims professional who can independently assess commercial entitlement, investigate project events, preserve contractual rights, develop supporting evidence, collaborate with Project Controls and Finance, and personally draft sophisticated notices and claims. This is not primarily contract administration, document control, or tracker-management position. This is a hands-on claims role for a professional who can quickly assume ownership of an established claims and notice governance framework and drive matters from initial event identification through recovery.
The successful candidate should be able to step into an established governance framework, rapidly take ownership of the claims pipeline, and begin advancing defensible commercial recovery positions with limited day-to-day supervision.
