You will partner with Underwriting, Legal, Reinsurance, Brokers, and insureds to align on claim strategy, mentor staff, and push continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of Commercial Claims (Excess and General Liability).
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement strategy from senior leaders.
• Strong planning, communication, diplomacy, and business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Complex commercial casualty claims experience preferred.
