Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual in-person and virtual commercial card reviews and product demos.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for business/commercial card products, gather requirements and train clients.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, and other teams to identify client needs.
• Ensure card services are processed accurately, securely, and compliant with policies.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and enroll suppliers in virtual card solutions.
• Provide product support for commercial cards, ACH, wires, and related services.
