Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Lead Operations Analyst for the Commercial Card division. You will own the end-to-end client experience for modifications to the Commercial Card program, guiding clients through post-sales implementation and ensuring timely, effective use of solutions.

You will manage multiple projects with internal teams, FinTech partners, and clients, coordinating training, configuration, and adoption to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services and minimum 3 years Commercial Card experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Commercial Card modification packages including configuration, training, and adoption.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders across sales, clients, and partners.
• Clarify client priorities, objectives, and expectations.
• Create scopes and plans for modification projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure on-time fulfillment of SLAs and mitigate risks.
• Develop expertise in accounts payable and card products to bridge gaps to client needs.
• Follow KeyBank policies on resiliency and maintain project documentation.
• Adhere to risk policies and procedures.
• Limited travel required.
