Job summary

Busey Bank in Leawood, KS is seeking an Analyst I for Commercial Credit Card Services. You will support underwriting-approved processes, document preparation, and routine client inquiries with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

You will handle daily operations, system workflows, and assist in onboarding and training clients on card products and spend management while meeting key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience in a mid-to-large sized bank
• One year of credit card experience is preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience, preferably in a commercial bank environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve routine client inquiries following established procedures.
• Execute daily operational tasks with high accuracy, including account maintenance and updates.
• Collect, validate, and prepare standard Commercial Credit Card documentation per underwriting approvals, bank policy, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize internal systems for document preparation, e-signatures, research, and workflow management.
• Process approved temporary credit limit increase requests per guidelines and ensure accurate system updates.
• Meet performance metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate trends or recurring issues to senior team members or management.
• Assist in client onboarding and training of clients both internal and external for credit card product packages, online activity and general card and spend management.
