SpeedPro is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive commercial sales growth across Central Indiana. You will focus on new business, client relationships, and expanding recurring accounts, in a fast-paced, field-based role.

This position rewards a hunter with strong prospecting, networking, and closing skills, offering a base salary plus car allowance, cell phone, and an uncapped commission plan with residuals and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
• Build relationships with commercial real estate firms, contractors, property managers, healthcare organizations, schools, municipalities, and other B2B customers.
• Prepare estimates with internal production support and close profitable opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly forecasting updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for repeat business.
