Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four years relevant experience required.
• Minimum of seven years commercial portfolio management experience.
• Financial analysis and knowledge of banking credit principals.
• General knowledge of banking and the Bank's commercial fee-based products.
• Applied knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact at all levels with diplomacy.
• Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of complex loan and/or deposit relationships.
• Solicit new business and cross-sell to enhance profitability.
• Interview applicants to develop information concerning businesses and requirements.
• Evaluate credit information and make relationship recommendations.
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio and monitor loans for term conformity.
• Represent the Bank in civic and community activities.
