Job summary

River City Bank in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow a portfolio of secured and unsecured commercial loans and cash management services for middle‑market clients. Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of experience in financial or banking services in commercial lending.
• MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
• Excellent sales skills with ability to meet or exceed loan and deposit goals.
• Credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills including financial statement and cash flow analysis.
• Experience structuring credit products for middle market businesses with complex ownership.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and grows existing and new commercial loans while providing superior customer service.
• Negotiates and structures new and renewed commercial loans; reviews financial data to determine credit eligibility.
• Identifies relationship-expansion opportunities and collaborates to fulfill credit and non-credit solutions, including cash management.
• Initiates and implements an effective calling program to grow commercial banking relationships.
• Represents the Bank in community organizations to enhance image and develop referral networks (COIs).
• Supports CRA through business development efforts and participates in community organizations.
• Maintains knowledge of bank regulations and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
