Job summary

TASI® Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager in San Francisco to own and manage a growing portfolio of commercial client relationships. You will originate, structure, and underwrite CRE and C&I loans while integrating banking solutions to deepen relationships.

Individuals with 7+ years in commercial banking, strong credit judgment, and proven ability to manage complex, long-term client relationships will excel in this role. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial banking, business banking, or relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience originating, underwriting, and managing CRE and/or C&I loans.
• Strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills.
• Proven ability to develop and manage long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originating, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate and C&I loans aligned with the Bank’s growth strategy.
• Owning client relationships end-to-end, from initial engagement through payoff.
• Building and managing a focused portfolio of commercial clients with an emphasis on long-term relationships.
• Developing new business through referrals, community engagement, and direct relationship development.
• Integrating operating deposits, treasury services, and banking solutions into each relationship to support full relationship depth.
• Applying disciplined credit judgment and identifying emerging risks early.
• Actively monitoring portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and credit quality.
• Working with Credit, Loan Administration, and Operations to move transactions from approval to servicing.
• Maintaining accountability for growth and performance over time.
