Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years proven relationship/account management in banking.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven sales and negotiating experience.
• Ability to develop new business through consultative sales.
• Well-versed in product knowledge and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Develops and expands client relationships through prospecting and cross-selling.
• Grows profitable book of business with loans and deposits to meet goals.
• Assesses client needs using financial data to tailor solutions.
• Qualifies prospects by analyzing credit-worthiness and loan merits.
• Prepares loan approvals and ensures credit terms meet borrower needs.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and collateral while managing risk.
• Monitor portfolio quality and compliance across assigned relationships.
• Represent First Financial Bank in community and professional networks.
• Refer loans to loan committee for approval when appropriate.
• Understand clients' goals and cross-sell across lines of business.
