Job summary

First Citizens Bank's Innovation Banking team in San Francisco seeks a Relationship Advisor to manage a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients, focusing on onboarding, servicing, and proactive solutioning for deposit and cash management needs.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product Advisors to understand client strategy, lead onboarding, perform KYC, and coordinate with central support teams while delivering a high-touch client experience and risk-aware advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in banking/financial services industry or customer service experience.
• High School/GED with 5 year of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads onboarding journey with Relationship Manager and Product Advisor to understand client strategy and needs.
• Serves as the client’s primary contact for deposit and cash management needs.
• Coordinate with centralized support teams to fulfill client product needs and ensure onboarding status.
• Acknowledge and resolve inbound service inquiries; triage to appropriate teams.
