Qualifications

• 7+ years financial services experience required.
• 1+ years formal commercial credit training from a bank or financial institution required.
• Proven track record of achieving performance targets.
• Experience serving commercial agribusiness and agriculture clients preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact for commercial agribusiness clients.
• Lead growth strategy and business development in a defined geographic area.
• Oversee credit underwriting, structuring and asset quality management.
• Educate clients on cash management, derivatives, equipment finance, and more.
• Develop COI referrals and cross-sell with product partners.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and support team development.
• Lead strategic client reviews and deliver actionable insights.
