• Assume responsibility for complex accounts and provide mentoring to less experienced bankers.
• Carry out business development activities to identify bank prospects.
• Ensure compliance with loan policies and assist in policy development.
• Work with customers to establish tailored Treasury Management services.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve problems.
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and document reviews.
• Maintain good working relationships with bank staff and collaborate as a team.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
