Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent, major in Business or related field.
• Five to ten years specialized experience in banking or related field.
• Experience in commercial lending and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Interviews customers and prospects to identify loan and deposit opportunities.
• Develops and enhances banking relationships by selling loan, deposit, and fee products/services.
• Collects and analyzes financial data for proper loan structure for loan committee presentations.
• Manages commercial calling program for existing customers.
• Assists senior team members with new business development activities.
• Negotiates customer loan documentation and facilitates loan closings with senior staff.
• Identifies bank prospects and develops centers of influence.
• Prepares new loan requests with credit and portfolio teams, ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborates with Treasury Management and Private Banking to offer products/services.
• Responds to customer questions and directs follow-up as needed.
• Monitors loan portfolio performance and conducts annual reviews and development plans.
