Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or banking or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of lending and business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of middle market lending and credit policy.
• Familiarity with banking laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Active involvement in community activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial banking relationships and expand existing relationships through consistent outreach and exceptional service.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial loans with a focus on credit quality, profitability, growth, and client needs.
• Analyze borrower financial performance, repayment capacity, and collateral to make sound credit decisions.
• Monitor loan performance and maintain regular contact with clients to identify needs and address potential concerns.
• Prepare and present commercial loan requests in accordance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure loans are properly documented and risk ratings remain accurate throughout the relationship.
• Partner with Treasury Management and other areas of the Bank to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and prospects through regular contact, events, and follow-up.
• Promote the Bank in the community through active involvement in community activities and civic organizations.
