Job summary

Old National Bank, a long-standing community-focused financial services leader, seeks a Commercial Banking Director in Indianapolis to lead C&I banking relationships, drive loan and deposit growth, and uphold credit quality. This role guides the Indianapolis team, collaborates with treasury, wealth, and client partners, and crafts strategies to expand the bank's footprint in the Indiana market.

Candidates should bring a proven track record in commercial banking leadership, strong relationship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years relevant C&I and/or other Commercial Banking experience.
• Proven leadership experience including management of relationship managers.
• Ability to orchestrate organizational resources and build client-focused relationships.
• Thorough knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and Banking/OCC Procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows C&I relationships to drive revenue and deposits.
• Leads sales management activities including meetings, business development calls, client relations, and coaching.
• Partners with Treasury Management, Wealth, Swap and other units to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure portfolio quality, manage delinquencies and escalate to Special Assets as needed.
• Achieve team goals for new loan and deposit production and meet portfolio targets.
