Truist is seeking a seasoned banker to identify, solicit, develop, and manage long-term middle market relationships in our region. You will offer a full range of loan, deposit, Capital Markets, Treasury and fee-based services to clients with $75MM to $500MM in annual sales.

You will leverage Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver proposals, structure credits, and bring in partners to fulfill client needs while growing portfolio revenue and profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial banking.
• Strong interpersonal communications; can handle client relationships with borrowing clients with total debt of $10,000,000 or more.
• Highly skilled in corporate finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and other non-credit services.
• Ability to grasp complex credits clearly; insightful in all aspects of finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage the Truist Sales Process to deliver a differentiated client experience in all interactions.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan focused on new client relationships and growth.
• Understand and contribute to credit decisioning, including analysis and underwriting requirements.
• Proactively contact clients to expand middle market relationships via Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Drive fee-based revenue opportunities through non-credit services for middle market clients.
• Maintain proficiency in finance and knowledge of complex credit products and structuring.
• Execute on risk, operational, policy and quality expectations for the client portfolio.
