Guitar Center is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead and scale its commercial AV integration sales organization. The role focuses on revenue growth, developing a high-performing team, and executing initiatives to expand market share within the commercial AV sector.

The ideal candidate has deep AV integration sales expertise, strong pipeline/forecast discipline, and a track record of coaching top talent. Reports to Director of Sales or VP of AVDG.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in AV integration sales.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of the AV integration sales cycle, including design‑build and consultant‑driven opportunities.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing and leadership on go‑to‑market strategy and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales performance tools.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
