Job summary

AVDG LLC, in partnership with Guitar Center, seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead complex technology installation projects from initiation to completion. You will oversee strategy, scheduling, procurement, and team development to ensure delivery excellence.

Travel to local and out-of-state sites is required; strong leadership and financial acumen are essential. Pay ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 per year with full benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in engineering and installation of Electronic Security systems or related field.
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, relay logic, PLCs, and operations.
• Good subcontracting skills and ability to manage costs in large projects.
• Understanding of job financial reports and ability to control costs.
• Five+ years of project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex installation and integration projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee engineering design and drafting phases.
• Develop and implement detailed project installation plans and procedures.
• Estimate project costs, pricing, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure high quality standards and ongoing progress reporting.
