Komodo Claims US is hiring a Claim Specialist II to handle and resolve commercial auto claims across the United States. You’ll join a friendly team, deliver exceptional service at scale, and ensure compliant claims handling.

Role reports to a Team Leader in a 20-person US department, with a hybrid work model including remote work and Dallas office training. Typical hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active Texas adjuster license required.
• Experience handling coverage, liability investigations and bodily injury claims.
• Ability to secure a New York insurance license within 45 days of joining.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and high-volume claims.
• Proven focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborates effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve commercial auto claims across the US.
• Perform coverage investigations and identify claim exposures.
• Engage in liability negotiations and set appropriate reserves.
• Manage repairs, total losses, payments, vendors, and referrals.
• Interpret policy contracts to ensure compliant claims handling.
• Handle soft-tissue third-party injury claims.
