Qualifications

• Active Texas adjuster license required.
• Experience handling coverage, liability investigations, and bodily injury claims in auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain New York license within 45 days of joining.

• Proven track record of resolving customer concerns to drive satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coverage investigations to identify claim exposures.
• Negotiate liability and set appropriate reserves.
• Manage vehicle repairs, total losses, payments, vendor referrals.
• Interpret policy contracts to ensure compliant handling.
• Handle soft-tissue third-party injury claims as needed.
