Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong proficiency with Word and PowerPoint; advanced Excel.
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions: Data Management, Sales Ops, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting.
• Coding knowledge (SAS, Python, R, VBA) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
• Provide strategic guidance on project direction, resources and timelines.
• Define project scope and development strategies with leadership.
• Analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable insights for internal and client teams.
• Independently manage projects, client communications, and timelines with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes, using coding as needed for data handling and reporting.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Contribute to business development and internal firm initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous improvement.
