Qualifications

• 3-5 years of energy analytics, resource adequacy, wholesale power markets, or related quantitative work.
• Hands-on experience with probabilistic resource adequacy modeling; SERVM preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data assembly, automation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and maintain probabilistic resource adequacy models (e.g., SERVM) to quantify reliability and capacity value.
• Perform production cost, congestion, and capacity expansion analyses to support project valuation.
• Automate data pipelines and analytical workflows in Python and SQL; develop clear reporting.
