ResMed Inc. is seeking a Commercial Analytics Analyst in San Diego, CA to empower commercial decisions through advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver predictive insights and scalable analytics products that enhance revenue performance and forecasting accuracy. The role emphasizes designing AI-powered workflows, data governance, and responsible AI practices while translating complex business questions into executive-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or related analytics roles.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, and Python is a plus.
• Experience applying generative AI to automate workflows and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales leadership on complex commercial challenges, designing scalable analytics and AI-driven decision support solutions.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that clarify performance drivers and accelerate revenue execution.
• Provide analytics across territory planning, account prioritization, pipeline health, forecasting, and performance management.
• Design and evolve dashboards and decision tools integrated into Sales workflows.
• Maintain high standards of analytical rigor, scalability, and data governance.
• Lead analysis of large multisource datasets to ensure integrity and actionable outcomes.
