Job summary

Resmed is seeking an experienced Commercial Analytics professional to empower sales leadership with advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and predictive decision support. You will design analytics products that translate complex data into actionable strategies across territory planning, forecasting, and performance management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable analytics, embracing responsible AI practices and cloud-based data environments such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/analytics/finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in sales analytics or related analytics roles.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs and revenue analytics; ability to translate questions into analytics.

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales leadership on complex commercial challenges and design scalable analytics and AI-driven decision support solutions.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that clarify performance drivers and accelerate revenue execution.
• Provide analytics across territory planning, account prioritization, pipeline health, forecasting, and performance management.
• Design dashboards and decision tools integrated into Sales workflows to improve focus and foresight.
• Maintain data governance, rigor, and scalability in every insight or product delivered.
• Lead analysis of multisource datasets to ensure data integrity and actionable outcomes.
• Partner with BI and IT to optimize SQL queries, automation, and data architecture strategies.
• Apply AI-enabled use cases to automate insights and improve forecasting and Sales productivity.
