Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Senior Commercial Analytics professional to empower Sales leaders with AI-enabled insights and scalable analytics. You will translate complex data into actionable strategies, drive revenue performance, and improve forecasting accuracy across multiple functions.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to embed analytics into workflows, optimize data pipelines, and champion responsible AI practices. Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or related analytics roles.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, commercial KPIs, revenue analytics, and quantitative methods.
• Ability to translate complex business questions into analytical strategies and executive-ready insights.
• Experience applying generative AI and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT; exposure to Python or similar tools.
• Strong data storytelling, executive communication, and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise Sales leadership on complex commercial challenges by designing scalable analytics and AI-driven decision support solutions.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that clarify performance drivers and accelerate revenue execution.
• Provide analytics across territory planning, account prioritization, pipeline health, forecasting, and performance management.
• Design and evolve dashboards and decision tools integrated into Sales workflows to improve focus and foresight.
• Maintain high standards of analytical rigor, scalability, and data governance in every insight delivered.
• Lead analysis of large multisource datasets to ensure data integrity, accuracy and actionable outcomes.
• Partner with BI and IT to optimize SQL queries, automation, and data architecture strategies.
• Apply and advance AI-enabled use cases that automate insights and increase Sales productivity.
• Prototype AI-powered workflows to simplify data access and enable faster decisions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify high-value opportunities across commercial analytics.
