Job summary

Resmed is seeking a senior analytics professional to empower commercial decisions by blending data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to shape analytics products and predictive insights that drive revenue and forecast accuracy.

You’ll lead complex analyses, design dashboards integrated into Sales workflows, and champion responsible AI practices, helping teams translate numbers into clear actions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, commercial performance, or related analytics roles.
• Advanced SQL skills with Tableau and/or Power BI experience.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, commercial KPIs, revenue analytics, statistical analysis, and quantitative methods.
• Experience applying generative AI and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, generate insights, and support business decision-making; familiarity with prompt design and responsible AI practices preferred.

You play a pivotal role in how Resmed turns complexity into clarity. As part of our Commercial Analytics team, you help Sales leaders and stakeholders make smarter, faster decisions by combining data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to deliver measurable commercial impact.

You’ll go beyond dashboards—designing intelligent analytics products, creating predictive insights, and translating numbers into actions that improve how we reach and serve customers.

Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, you’ll shape how analytics and artificial intelligence enhance commercial execution, revenue performance, and forecasting accuracy.

You’ll bring curiosity and rigor to explore emerging AI technologies, champion responsible AI practices, and advance analytics adoption across Resmed’s commercial organization. Success in this role means helping teams achieve clarity and confidence in every decision they make.

What you will do

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, commercial performance, or related analytics roles.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large, complex datasets and delivering analytics solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, commercial KPIs, revenue analytics, statistical analysis, and quantitative methods.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business questions into analytical strategies, executive-ready insights, and scalable solutions from problem framing through adoption.
• Experience applying generative AI and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, generate insights, and support business decision-making; familiarity with prompt design and responsible AI practices preferred.
• Familiarity with modern cloud analytics environments, including Snowflake and DBT; exposure to Python or similar analytical programming tools preferred.
• Strong data storytelling, executive communication, and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority.
• Ability to independently manage multiple high-impact initiatives and provide analytical leadership in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, regulated industries, and/or high-tech environments preferred.

Compensation: Compensation is based on geographic location, qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity. For positions outside the U.S., compensation is aligned to local market conditions. Resmed generally does not hire at or near the top of the pay range.

Pay Range: 94,000.00 - 117,000.00 USD Annual
Eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
